Happy Holidays & a Happy New Year!

We hope that you had a merry merry Christmas!  We went to LA to be with my family and had a lovely trip-it was 80 and we actually found ourselves sweating at the beach the day after Christmas!

I have pictures but have yet to upload them as we have been busy spending time with out of town guests and taking down the xmas decor since we got back.  Other exciting news-our "mudroom" is finally underway and should be all installed and ready to stain by the end of the week.  I sense a huge project to get done this weekend.  Good thing I don't hate staining :)  Happy New Year and hopefully some promised pictures of house projects from the fall very soon.
